Achh! I'm in the crocheting fiend mood where I feel like crocheting everything humanely possible! Granny squares just won't do anymore, I need a more interesting project...
I've been so suprised over the past week as I've found more and more people in my school who can crochet or who would love to learn. I gave my first lesson (in class :s) and it proved to be a lot harder than I had imagined. I mean, how do you you teach a left hander to hold her yarn when you've grown so accustomed to holding yours in your right? It was pretty challenging. But I sense a crochet revival!
here are a few ace crochet projects that I'm busting to get started on:
blanket
jute motif
laptop sleeve
ric-rac

Not only does Mia Farrow have the same name as me, but she is also an ace actor! Rosemary's baby has to be one of the best horror films (or as the irish would say "filems") I've seen in a long time. It's one of those movie's that you question the genre it has been placed in....horror? It definitely wasn't the kind of horror I expected or that I've grown accustom to, but the kind that got under my skin in a really creepy way. I never found myself cowering under the blankets but it left me with this long lasting sensation of...creepiness.

I'm backkk! Not that I previously mentioned that I was gone, but my absence from the blog wasn't just procrastination and laziness...I hope.
Anyhow I had an ace time in Florence for about 3 weeks, I'd would love to live there one-day, however I think I would miss asian food, the occasional hamburger, and (not being stereotypical or blatantly judgemental ) nice people...perhaps that was a little too far :D No, there are some awesome people in Italy, , however there seem to be quite a few people who have permanent stink eyes, especially when you make an attempt at speaking the language, it's quite awful and discouraging.
I will post some photos a little later, when I can find the chord.
